Built an insurance claims-processing platform from scratch. Established architecture, technical strategy, CI/CD, engineering standards, and automated testing across web/mobile apps, microservices, and AWS/GCP integrations.

Built and maintained cross-platform POS applications and back-end services for calling cards, prepaid top-ups, and bill payments. Delivered Clover POS and SII printer integrations and supported Merchant Services products.

Founded and built an AI travel companion end-to-end. Own product architecture, NestJS services, native Kotlin and Swift apps, cloud delivery, and location-aware AI/RAG experiences that let travelers talk to nearby places.

Designed and built a weekly meal-planning product and its complete Kotlin Android app from scratch. Defined architecture, technical strategy, and business processes while collaborating across product delivery.

Created, distributed, and maintained Rapido Etecsa, one of Cuba’s most popular Android apps, reaching nearly 500,000 users. Built it in Java for Android 2.2+ and managed ongoing releases and support.
